Bought my self a new camera. Just playing around as for now. Here is the cat, Maya.
With the spring old interests returns and I'm lovin it.

Movie night - Blueray, thanx

Spent the evening watching 2 movies that I can recomend. Again my new blueray player is just fantastic.
First movie was very touching and gave me a lot to think about. What if ? Get over to the ticket office and grab some tickets for this 5 star movie.

Second move was really a infusion and a kick start to the old western genre. Ed Harris should spend more time directing western moves then acting. Not to mention that my favourite acter makes a fantastig role, Viggo Mortensen is da shit

Thinking about buying a new car

I was thinking about buying a new car. Maybe not this one but why not something similar. I guess that I'd be doing that to a rental but not to my own :p
However it takes balls to make that jump, I'll give them that.

New earphones

For some time now I have been looking for a replacement for the earphones that I lost together with my last Ipod. I forgot them on a flight out from Beijing. Lucky someone.

The old pair I had was a pair of Shure SCL3-K I was happy with the sound but not happy with the sound transplanting in the cable every time you moved your head. Neither was the ear fit very good with the earphones protruding from the ear-canal. So sleeping on a plane with these baby's resulted in a painful awakening where basically the earphones made marks in the inner eardrum. Further I wanted earphones that could compare with my home rig. At home I use a set of Sennheiser 650 when the rest is sleeping.

So searching for a new set earphones that would fit the bill wasn't easy. Until I got a recommendation from a friend to try out the Westone UM2's. I tried them for a weekend and YES, I liked them. I found the sound very balanced and the dual drivers worked very well.

Trying to find a reseller that carried these plugs in Sweden wasn't easy so I again turned my browser to Google and found a few places to order from. Not trusting just any one with my credit card details; I turned to my friends to check from where they ordered their plugs. The response was unanimous. Order from earphonesolutions.com. Said and done.

It took the guys at earphonesolutions like 5 days to get me the plugs delivered to my door in Sweden! That is just fantastic.

So now I'm breaking them in and so far they full fill all my expectations. So far they play really good. The sound is very well balanced and the dual driver helps.

Taking care of our children.

I saw this sign on the airport in Bejing. It's good to know that people care for our children. At least when we're not around. I wounder how many burnt hands there has been where the adults were around.


Arriving in Beijing I took the new highway to Tianjin and there was no cars on the road. That has never happened to me before. Not even back in the day was there so few cars on a road. Could it have something todo with the global economic situation? However I don't complain since I have never liked the heavy traffic on the highway between Beijing & Tianjin.

The last visit to koster for this summer.

There was some small things to take care off before closing the house for the winter. Coming out here is just balm for your soule. I have to say all in all the multi family arrangement this summer has worked out. The house is in better shape then ever and that is nice. I guess that if all has the intention to make it work and to make the best out the situation it will go smooth next year as well. It's all about not being too picky. I'm already looking forward to the first visit next spring.
